ISO Rating

RCVFD is rated as an ISO9/10 department. ISO 9 applies to residences within 5 road miles of RCVFD Station 1 or RCVFD Station 3. ISO 10 is everywhere else. Note, many insurance companies will rate based upon their own questions rather than ISO's rating.

If your house appears correctly on MapQuest - you can use this to measure the distance from you house to one of the stations. Do this by getting driving directions and then look at the miles. Note; Nobody - including RCVFD - is responsible for errors in these calculations... Check'em if you think they are wrong.

New CAFS Truck - In Service

The new RCVFD E632 is in service at station 3.  We are finalizing some of the labeling and striping - but the truck is ready to roll.  I've added some photos of the truck as it went into service at station 3.  Thanks to all the supporter of RCVFD in enabling us to put a second CAFS/Rescue truck in service.
