H.J. Siegel has been a RCVFD Firefighter since he moved to Colorado in 2001, was certified as an Emergency Medical Responder in 2009, joined the RCVFD Grant Writing Committee in 2017, and was the Coordinator of the 2018 RCVFD Mountain Festival. H.J. was a Professor at Purdue University from 1976 to 2001, a Professor at Colorado State University from 2001 to 2017 (now a “Professor Emeritus”), and was the first Director of the university-wide CSU Information Science and Technology Center from 2002
